Yousef Al-Harbish yousef@markazlaw.com Mr. Al-Harbish is a senior partner in the Litigation Group at Al Markaz. He has contributed significantly to the development of the firm’s practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation and the resolution of construction disputes. Prior to joining Al Markaz, Mr. Al Harbish was for several years a first class judge in several courts in Kuwait. In 1995, Mr. Al-Harbish graduated from Kuwait University, where he then continued his studies, securing a Masters degree in law with distinction in 2004. In the following year, Mr. Al Harbish studied for a doctorate in law in the University of Cairo.
