He has more than 33 years of practice experience in the areas of corporate law, banking & commercial law, counterfeiting claims and construction disputes. After graduating in law from Cairo University before he commenced his career, Dr. Mubarak was subsequently granted a PHD in Political Science from Washington University in 2004.
