Advised by the Corporate Advisory department at Al Markaz, Al Imtiaz Investment Company launched its giant Lucel Area Development project in Qatar (project value exceeded 2 billion Qatari Riyals).

The firm attended to all structural and legal aspects of this project, including the formulation of partnership contracts, the formation of the special purpose project investment vehicle, as well as attending to the transaction’s Murabaha and Partnership contracts, sale contracts and development agreement.
